The Soulful Tenors R & B Explosion

Since forming for the 6^th Köpenicker Festival, the Soulful Tenors have played every year with their colorful mixture of modern jazz, gospel and R&B. "Detroit" Gary Wiggins, Ray Blue, and Fuasi Abdul Khaliq are amongst the most in-demand Tenor sax players in Berlin.

The guest singers are: Mel Canady, whose musical catalog reaches from James Brown to Frank Sinatra. Johnny Rogers brings his gospel influenced sound, and the third singer is Stevie Woods, who had the lead role of "Poppa" in Star Light Express and "Dr. Prospero" in the Berlin musical "Shakespeare & Rock'n'Roll".
